Clayton was extremely helpful when we were buying our first house in Wisconsin. We were relocating from TN and needed a property where we could keep all of our farm animals and horses. We were out of state when we started the home search and Clayton made it easy despite the distance. He was knowledgeable and informative, and meet with family to view properties and FaceTime us so we could view the properties also which wasn't always easy when you are looking at property in the country.I had very specific must haves for my horses and Clayton went right to work finding us the perfect property. Clayton found us the PERFECT property which meet all our needs and wants. We even had him go to it twice just to make sure. Clayton was professional and was not pushy. I would definitely use him again. I would recommend Clayton to anyone buying a house or farm.

We had to sell our house quickly as we were moving out if state. Clayton was able to get the job done! We had absolutely no hitches and were able to finish all of the details without even being there. Clayton did everything for us. He made it all so easy on us so we could concentrate on relocating

Clayton is very good at what he does. He gets to know his customers and helps them find the home they have been looking for. His attention to detail in all. He has a deep understanding of things and is willing to help his customers one way or another. He researched all my options to best sell my property, and we decided on the option I liked the best. I never had to worry about any of the details. Everything, including the sale, went much faster than I had anticipated. So much so, that I had just had Clayton sell another property that I own. I listed the other property with another realtor, and it sat on the market for 7 months! According to the other realtor, my property had garnered very little interest. Then I called Clayton. Clayton had the property under his wing for less than 1 week and it was sold...LESS than 1 WEEK!......WOW!
